What is your role?

Our intra logistics are among the core capabilities of our business and we are constantly looking to enhance it, so you will be:

A great communicator who understands that the best way to get a point across is to listen and relate to other people’s reality
An experienced project manager who can establish solid processes, implement LEAN principles, and facilitate our resource planning
An optimistic problem solver who is eager to find the best solutions in terms of logistics development and people management
A natural leader who can bridge department silos and establish strong connections

Elevate our Warehousing to the next level, by:

Implementing and customizing a modern/seamless WMS (warehouse management system)
Analysing and integrating 3PL solutions for future growth
Helping us build a KPI system
Coaching and guiding the warehouse team to help them achieve their objectives by working hand in hand with the coordinator

We believe in expertise given by a diploma and in experience acquired over the years so get in touch with us if:

You have a degree in Business, Logistics or any relevant field
You have a deep understanding of lean processes (no need to be a black belt though)
You can prove 3 to 5 years of successful professional experience in a similar role
You have a working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central
You have a strong command of Microsoft Office especially Excel
You are fluent in French and English
A plus: you have been trained to be a prevention adviser of level III (conseiller en
prévention de niveau 3)
